I used this to supplement a lesson on passive voice

I recommend this for higher levels. It has examples of passive voice, but it also has vocabulary with clarifications you can go over. For example, it mentions rush-hour and gives a definition of it. So, if you want to add an extra layer of teaching, you can go over the vocabulary and definitions as well.
